Curvy & Fit is a challenging, dynamic, full body conditioning class. We use dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, Swiss/Bosu balls and barbells to get you in the best shape of your life.


Curvy & Fit is tough, but it's scalable to all fitness levels so all ladies welcome.

We ditch the traditional circuit set up for constantly varied workouts: task accomplishment, partner and team workout, strength and conditioning, body weight and core synergistics etc.

You'll burn more than 600 calories per session.....and you'll get super fit in the process.

With Metabolic Conditioning we burn fat, not lose weight, because any muscle gained weighs more than the fat. This high-intensity varied workout will rotate the class through a series of challenges that will use the whole body.

This is an advanced course for attendees who have already achieved a base level of fitness, anyone with a medical condition or would consider themselves a beginner should seek advice from one of our personal trainers before booking on this course.

Check out the dance craze that's sweeping the world. inspired by Latin dance music and created in Colombia, Zumba adopts a variety of styles in it's rouines : Gumbia, Salsa, Reggaeton, Hip Hop, Mambo, Rumba, Flamingo and Galypso.

Music selections include both slow and fast rhythms to help sculpt the body with easy to follow dance moves. No dance experience required.

Our coaches live and breath Zumba and their energy and enthusiasm is infectious in these exceptionally fun classes.

Adults only and boxing gloves required (the gym can sell but cannot provide loans), this is suitable for all levels of fitness.

Milosh will take you through your paces and you can burn off some stress as well as calories.
